#ShesGotThis worked with several companies and partners to raise awareness of unconscious discrimination in 2018. During the autumn, we organized the annual #ShesGotThis-day in collaboration with NHO, where we invited 30 Norwegian business executives to lead roundtable discussions on unconscious discrimination with over 200 executives in Norway.

In collaboration with Vipps , we carried out a social experiment. In addition, we asked people to submit stories of situations where they had experienced unconscious discrimination. During autumn 2018, we collaborated with the Norwegian fashion magazine Elle to show that gender equality does not always happen organically. Although gender equality has received a lot of attention in the past year, equality and feminism should be considered more than a trend, requiring continuous efforts.
KPMG is one of many partners who we have hosted events in collaboration with. During spring 2018, we hosted a breakfast-meeting with the theme unconscious discrimination. KPMG chose to create a film from the session.
The Norwegian Armed Forces is highly male dominated. In collaboration with them, we wanted to shed light on the unconscious expectations we have for others based on gender. The film awakens our unconscious attitudes, demonstrating that most people expect it to be a man in the following situation.
