We are looking for a Lead Developer to join our team in Oslo or Stockholm!

We are building on a new platform developed by the founders of #Hunspanderer / #Shesgotthis, one of the leading organizations on Gender Equality in Norway. Being part of our team will hopefully be an opportunity to impact millions of people's lives providing them the opportunity to fulfill their potential - and that's how we measure our success.

You are a solutions-oriented, passionate, positive, and creative developer ready to build our new product, Equality Check. You will be hired on a project basis until the product is complete after six months, with further opportunity to fill the role of CTO in the company if the fit is right. Our new CTO will be instrumental in taking our product and platform out into the world.

You are an experienced developer, and you are passionate about equality and diversity. Hopefully, you are just as driven to solve technical problems as well as contributing to making the world a more just and equal place. You are eager to understand users needs, and push to create the best possible solution to help our company grow to the next level.

  • Build an interactive and scalable web app

Who you are

  • You are a self-driven developer who gets energy from solving problems and working at speed and efficiency

As our lead developer, you will be an important part of our management team, collaborating particularly closely with the founders in the early startup phase. We firmly believe in autonomy, and you will have the opportunity to work from wherever you like, and your work schedule will be flexible to accommodate your life.


  • 3+ years of experience and confidence in building full stack web applications

  • 3+ years of experience in architecture

  • Experience with cloud service providers, such as AWS and Google cloud

  • Experience with UX concepts and Product Development

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Level of education

  • Master's Degree (or equivalent length business experience)
